Easy Return and Refund Policy

In interest of our customers we will make continuous effort to protects customer’s benefits, hence we offer an easy return and refund policy whenever applicable.

When I can make a return request?

  • Once You received a product you can raise a return request within 7 days of good received. However, in case of Damaged/Missing Product, the Return request should be filed within 2 days of delivery.
  • Video of unboxing is required for returning the products to avoid any confusion between seller and buyer.

How to raise a return request?

  • From manage account you can raise a return request.
  • Manage account > My order > Open Dispute > fill required field like, reason, good received, Refund amount, Description > submit by clicking on open dispute.
  • Your return request will be approved by sellers and they will arrange to reverse pickup of your products.  If reverse pickup is not  available at your location than you have to courier to the seller and they will refund you charges as per term and conditions.

Under what conditions can I return my product?

Return may be applicable on following conditions only.

  • Wrong products received: color, size, style.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Mentioned quality products not received.
  • Defective or damaged products: physically damaged products, Video of unboxing/un packaging is required.
  • Wrong quantity or missing part.

Which categories are not eligible for returns/ replacement?

Any product that is labelled as non-returnable on its product detail page cannot be returned.

Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy?

No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the seller's Returns Policy.

How to claim Return/ Replacement for products under Seller/ Manufacturer’s Warranty?

You can Claim for product’s warranty by calling or visiting the nearest Service Center of the product's Brand.

When do you process a Refund?

Seller will initiate a refund once a product is reached to seller and approved for refund.

How long time it will take to Refund?

Refund depends upon the mode of payment that you made. Seller will initiate refund process within 2-3 days after receiving product. 

When does a Refund get declined?

Refund may get declined in following conditions.

  • If the product received by us is not as per your claim or Order ID is missing on the package.
  • Missing any parts/items.
  • Freebies which is not returns.
  • Products is not as per unboxing video recording.
